Owl Practice Suite is looking for an experienced designer to help us create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with superior user experience that make it easy to navigate and differentiate our products.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
- Creating user personas based on research findings.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to explore design solutions and test functionality.
- Defining the interaction model and evaluating its success.
- Designing graphic elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Choosing color palettes, typography, and icons that align with the brand.
- Creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
- Performing usability testing to gather feedback and identify problems and make layout adjustments based on user input.
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
- Providing feedback on engineering decisions through sketches and prototypes.
- Providing guidance to developers on implementing the designs.
- Analyzing user behavior and feedback to continually optimize product experience.
- Staying up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Have:
- 3+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and taxonomy to structure content intuitively.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
