Job Summary:

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to engage therapists effectively. This role involves organizing webinars, tradeshows, and association campaigns, while also supporting email marketing and sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and coordination, with additional skills in marketing and CRM management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-event follow-ups.
  • Organize and manage the logistics for tradeshows, including booth setup, promotional materials, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate association campaigns and events, including scheduling, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event promotion through email blasts and other marketing channels.
Email Marketing:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns aimed at promoting events and improving trial to paid conversions.
  • Develop nurturing campaigns to engage therapists and encourage upselling/cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement:
  • Support the creation and maintenance of sales materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies for events.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales cadences to nurture leads generated from events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target specific therapist segments.
Marketing Operations Support:
  • Maintain the HubSpot platform by updating contact records, managing lists, and ensuring data accuracy related to event attendees and leads.
  • Assist in building and optimizing workflows, forms, and landing pages within HubSpot to support event marketing efforts.
  • Pulling reports and data to help understand marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Routinely reviewing marketing automations to ensure they are working and delivering results.
  • Support other areas in the marketing team including content, social media, product marketing and digital marketing as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
