The company is seeking highly motivated individuals who want to join a dynamic, fast-moving organization. We’re a fast-growing SaaS business and we’re in need of help to support our customer growth.

We are looking for self motivated and dedicated Business Development Representatives to join our Go to Market Team, the driving force in company expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will reach out to and answer requests from therapists to help them grow their practice with our solutions. You will join a passionate team that works tirelessly to build and enhance relationships with therapists who share our mission of increasing access to quality mental health care.

In your daily work, you will drive exploratory conversations with potential therapist members, identify how our various solutions could help their practices grow, and successfully position the Owl Practice Suite value proposition. Outreach strategies include scheduled calls as well as outbound cold calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 80+ inbound/outbound connections per week via phone, email and virtual meetings to engage prospective customers in a competitive landscape;
  • Follow inbound and outbound sales initiatives to generate new leads, and think creatively about new sales initiatives Owl Practice Suite can adopt;
  • Provide sales focused product demonstrations to prospective customers;
  • Improve trial-to-paid conversion rates;
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a current, up-to-date sales pipeline through Hubspot;
  • Identify other strategic sales opportunities for Owl Practice Suite;
  • Monitor customer subscriptions and engage current customers in conversations to upsell subscriptions or upgrade features;
  • Expertly navigate the private practice space to connect with decision-makers
  • Actively listen to prospects and respond to them accordingly to nurture a positive relationship and rapport
  • Be mindful and aware of emerging trends, as well as competitors, in the mental wellness private practice space to help evolve sales tactics and approaches.
  • This role will involve telecommuting (i.e. working from home). Potential candidates will need to be able to work remotely in professional setting.

 As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Also Have

  • 1-3 years sales/business development experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Suite and in a CRM, we use Hubspot.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a sense of urgency
  • Experience working in a WFH team
