Owl Practice Suite is looking for a Practice Advisor to have a meaningful impact on the growth of our provider network across the United States.  We have ambitious goals for 2025, to dramatically increase the number of mental health providers and therapy-seekers that we serve and support. As the first point of contact for providers interested in working with us, you’ll need to quickly build rapport, understand providers current practices and goals, effectively explain our suite of products, sell consultatively, and share your insights across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with a mix of outbound (75%) and inbound (25%) leads
  • Actively reaching out to mental health providers to understand their pain points running private practices and scheduling time to chat.
  • Managing a very large pipeline of opportunities selling mostly to individual practitioners. This means running an extremely high-velocity sales motion, while never letting the process feel transactional.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a consultative or consumer-facing sales motion. Bonus points for sales in startups or selling to owner-operators.
  • Outstanding time management skills, and an ability to clear your task list every day.
  • The ability to connect with people and build genuine rapport quickly, multiple times a day, and with a consistently high energy level.
  • Exceptional work ethic, internal motivation, and personal accountability.
  • A clear understanding that thins change quickly in a start-up, and a demonstrated ability to excel and grow in the face of changing needs and responsibilities.
  • A sincere desire to help therapists run better practices, and to help therapy seekers find the right support.
