Owl Practice Suite is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own our Practice Management (including our EHR) strategy in the US market. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. A Lead Product Manager provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Develop and maintain a clear and actionable product strategy for our Practice Management Software ensuring they align with the company’s overall goals and market demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring that it is communicated effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and working closely with customers to understand their requirements and pain points
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, making recommendations for product improvements accordingly.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior EHR
• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Insurance and/or any related insurance or claims products.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes, Jira, Roadmapping tools
• Strong understanding of US Insurance
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
