Product Manager, Insurance

Owl Practice Suite is looking for an experienced product manager to own our Insurance strategy. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. A Product Manager provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain a clear and actionable product strategy for Insurance interfacing products ensuring they align with the company’s overall goals and market demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring that it is communicated effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and working closely with customers to understand their requirements and pain points
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, making recommendations for product improvements accordingly.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product.

You will thrive in this role if you have the following skills and qualities: 

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Insurance and/or any related insurance or claims products.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes, Jira, Roadmapping tools
  • Strong understanding of US Insurance
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
