Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

  • The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for owning the lead generation process from list building to initial sales outreach. This role is focused on acquiring leads in our ideal buyer persona to support a team of 10-15 sales reps in our outbound sales motion. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that has experience with screen scraping and data enrichment and enjoys implementing strategies that supports sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen Scraping/Lead Generation: Use screen scraping tools and techniques to collect data from various websites and create comprehensive lead lists that are within our ICP.
  • Managing Outbound Sales Campaigns: Develop/iterate copy that converts outbound emails to bookings.
  • Protect/Maintain Domain Authority:Manage 20-30 domains, staying on top of email blockages by working closely with IT and staying on top of broader industry trends
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead conversion.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have experience with screen scraping tools, ideally with Clay or Bardeen.  Proven experience in outbound high velocity lead generation or sales development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data enrichment tools, proficiency in Hubspot software, and ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
