Clint joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023 bringing his 25 years of Insurance, Payments, and Digital Transformation experience.

As a father and a therapist’s brother, Clint knows how difficult it can be to find the right therapist. He recognizes that some sessions can feel transactional due to complex administrative tasks. Clint’s desire to make mental healthcare more accessible and less complicated, combined with his passion for technological innovation, helps us focus on unlocking value for our customers.

When not in the office, Clint spends time outdoors surfing, running, or relaxing with his family.

Tom is an operational CFO with extensive experience in private equity, corporate development, and strategic finance. Tom prides himself on effectively partnering with other functional leaders to deliver additional value to our customers and investors.

Tom believes that mental and physical health are equally important. He is driven to break the common stigmas attached to therapy and help people access the care they need and deserve.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family, watching his Chicago sports teams, and training for his next marathon.

Melissa joined Owl Practice Suite because it brings together her passions for purpose-driven business and organizational transformation. She has 20+ years of experience leading all aspects of marketing including revenue generation, product marketing, brand/PR/IR, and revenue operations.

Melissa has a passion for mental health and has led marketing previously at a digital CBT startup, a mental health and EAP services company, and a therapy group practice.

Melissa enjoys adventure travel with her family, playing ultimate frisbee and exploring her hometown of Toronto, Canada on her bike.

Kate joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023 bringing 10+ years of Healthcare Insurance, Payments, and Tax Automation experience.

She is passionate about growing and scaling businesses and has led teams through technology transformations, modernizations, and globalization. She is responsible for leading Adoption Solutions.

When Covid-19 hit, like many, Kate witnessed the mental health impacts on her family. She went through the exhausting processes of finding suitable providers. She is driven by the higher purpose of Owl’s mission to improve the mental health space, making it better and smoother for everyone.

Kate graduated from the University of Warsaw, Poland with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She enjoys going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family.

Daniel fosters a culture of continuous improvement and unparalleled customer service. He has experience launching and growing SaaS solutions in the healthcare and cloud computing industries and has championed strategic solutions in software engineering and product development.

With a focus on innovation and strategic relationship building, Daniel is dedicated to driving forward-thinking initiatives aimed at building products and services that improve people’s lives. He recognizes that the mental health space has many obstacles that can make experiences unsatisfactory or disappointing. Daniel strives to ease these difficulties so that people’s experiences are more positive and worthwhile.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars and going on Jeep adventures.

Larry brings over 20 years of experience in customer support and success leadership to Owl Practice Suite. Over the course of his distinguished career in the SaaS and technology sectors, his expertise has grown to encompass a wide range of areas, including project management, call center operations, risk management, compliance, quality assurance, technical support, and onboarding processes.

Larry believes in leading by example and creating environments of innovation and continuous improvement. His passion for building high-performing customer support teams is what led him to Owl Practice Suite. Larry is committed to contributing to OPS’s mission of providing world-class services to mental healthcare providers and therapy seekers.

Larry enjoys watching sports, traveling to remote destinations, and fishing. He and his wife of two decades share their home with their three wonderful children—two boys and a girl—in the vibrant Alpharetta, GA community.

Alex is an experienced executive with a proven track record of driving customer loyalty, fostering a customer-centric culture, and building high-performing Customer Success and Support teams. Alex is a champion of the transformative work of mental health professionals and has a passion to support them in their journeys as counselors and business owners. At Owl Practice Suite, Alex brings a unique blend of business acumen and empathy for the customers Owl proudly serves.

When not in the office, Alex enjoys riding the Pacific Coast Highway on his 2000 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport, reading the Russians, traveling, dining with his family at the endless number of restaurants in Los Angeles, and planning his next visit to Québec to spend time with his extended family in Montréal with his usual pit stop in Toronto.
