Owl Practice Suite is looking for an Account Managerto serve as the main point of contact for our largest accounts. This role involves handling and resolving inquiries, retaining and growing accounts and collaborating across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively across the organization and experience in a start-up SaaS environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our largest accounts across key products (practice management, payments, marketing, revenue cycle management)
  • Handle inquiries and requests from these accounts
  • Work across the organization with sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering and finance to address large account needs
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Provide regular progress reports on health of large accounts
  • Assist with customer onboarding activities

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software account management (start-up environment preferred)
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing large accounts and working cross-functionally to address client needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional account management
