We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will play a key part in optimizing the systems and processes that support our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Looker, Power BI, and Zapier, and will be excited to design scalable workflows, improve data quality, and ensure our go-to-market teams have the right insights to drive growth. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to define, document, and improve business processes across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. 
  • Administer and optimize our core GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Zendesk, Looker, Power BI, Zapier, and other SaaS tools). 
  • Audit CRM data quality and workflows; implement improvements to reduce redundancy and increase fidelity. 
  • Build and maintain automation to streamline deal pipeline, lead routing, and reporting processes. 
  • Analyze system data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new processes, integrations, and reporting dashboards. 
  • Maintain documentation of systems, workflows, and data definitions to support scalability and knowledge sharing. 
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to vendors when necessary. 
  • Assist with change management and training to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes. 

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company. 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Zendesk CRM (or comparable CRM system), including building properties, workflows, and reports. 
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or equivalent). 
  • Experience using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make) to streamline workflows. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business problems into system solutions. 
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SQL or experience querying data sets for analysis. 
  • Experience integrating SaaS systems via APIs or middleware. 
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models, including MRR/ARR, churn, and pipeline management. 
  • Experience supporting revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) in a fast-paced environment.
