Revenue Operations Manager

Owl Practice Suite is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive improvements in outbound prospecting, optimize lead generation infrastructure, and support revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have strong lead generation, data management, and strategic thinking skills, with experience in sales operations, CRM management, and building an outbound prospecting engine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting

  • Work with our sales and marketing leaders to drive the strategic direction for our outbound sales motion.
  • Manage contractor relationships for data enrichment projects, ensuring high-quality lead lists.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to connect with mental health professionals.
  • Manage and optimize SalesHandy sequences for multi-channel outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to transition successful outbound motions into scalable inbound demand generation.

Revenue Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring accurate data and pipeline integrity.
  • Build and refine reports to provide visibility into sales activity and sales performance.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve sales efficiency.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

  • A bias for action, leading with strategic thinking and a data-driven mindset—we need someone who can both see the big picture and execute at a tactical level.
  • 2-6 years of experience in a mix of lead generation and revenue operations.
  • Experience managing HubSpot and a track record of maintaining data hygiene and building insightful and useful reporting.
  • Experience managing email automation tools like SalesHandy.
  • Ability to manage contractors and vendors for lead enrichment and data quality.
  • Familiarity with mental health services and selling to independent practitioners is a strong plus.
