When a session note is complete, you can sign the note to finish it. Signing the note will lock it, disabling future changes. It can be unsigned and resigned if an addendum must be added. The signature includes: a digital copy of the therapist’s signature, their name, license number and credentials. It also includes the time and date the note was signed and locked.
Owl Practice is focused on compliance in every aspect of the platform. The notes are saved every 60 seconds, and a version is saved each time as per compliance guidelines. Notes are locked once they are signed to provide security.
