Owl Practice Suite is looking for a Manager of Therapy Outreachto lead high-velocity sales efforts of our suite of products. This role involves leading a team of Practice Advisors and continuously improving related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership & communication skills, as well as the ability to optimize processes, build a strong culture and effectively drive the team to sales goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, develop, coach, and provide ongoing training to a team of Practice Advisors responsible for sales
  • Oversee and optimize processes related to outbound lead generation, email campaigns and HubSpot administration
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales progress, including monthly forecasting for unit sales
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance teams on a variety of topics, including implementing pricing & packaging initiatives, addressing customer billing questions, assessing & optimizing commission structures, etc.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a high-velocity inside sales environment, ideally selling SaaS products.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and leading a team to success.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), lead generation software (e.g., Clay), and email campaign tools to effectively lead a high-velocity sales motion.
  • A passion for ensuring customers achieve success and are fully onboarded to maximize their use of the platform.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience.
